Frequently asked questions

What areas do you service?

  • We proudly serve Eastern North Carolina, including both urban and rural areas. Check out our contact page to see if we service your specific location.

How often should I have my property cleaned?

  • Pressure Washing (Exterior Surfaces):

    • Every 1-2 years: For most properties, an annual or biennial pressure washing is enough to keep surfaces clean and prevent buildup of dirt, mold, and mildew. However, properties near trees, heavy foot traffic, or in coastal areas may need more frequent cleaning.
  • Soft Washing (Delicate Surfaces):

    • Every 1-3 years: For roofs, siding, and other delicate surfaces, soft washing can be done every 1-3 years, depending on exposure to dirt, algae, and weather elements.

Do you provide specialized services?

  • Yes! In addition to general cleaning services, we offer specialized services like soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and junk removal. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll tailor our services accordingly.

Do I need to be home for the service?

  • For most services, you don’t need to be present. However, we’re happy to work around your schedule to accommodate your preferences.

Are your services available year-round?

  • Yes, we offer year-round services, with the flexibility to adjust to different weather conditions. We’re here to keep your property clean regardless of the season.

Are your services insured?

  • Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, giving you peace of mind knowing that your property is in safe hands.

How long does a cleaning service take?

  • The time it takes to complete a cleaning depends on the size and condition of the property. For smaller residential areas, it may take a few hours, while larger commercial or industrial properties may require a full day or more. We will provide an estimated timeframe when you schedule your service.

Do I need to move anything before the service?

  • For pressure washing and soft washing, we recommend removing any outdoor furniture or items that could obstruct access to surfaces. For gutter and window cleaning, we may need to access certain areas, so we may ask for minimal clearing of space.
